BatchErase processes your photos to remove unwanted people or objects using third-party AI inference. We designed the product around short-lived batches and minimal data retention.

What we collect

• Photos you upload for processing
• Your removal instruction (prompt)
• Email address from Stripe checkout for receipt and download access
• Payment metadata handled by Stripe

How we use your data

Uploaded photos are stored temporarily so we can process your batch, show before/after previews, and generate your ZIP download. We do not use your photos to train models.

Retention

Original and processed photos are automatically deleted within 24 hours. Demo files are deleted within 1 hour. Download ZIP files are removed when the job expires.

• Plausible for privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics

Analytics and data sales

We use privacy-friendly analytics to understand feature usage trends without collecting uploaded photo content, prompts, customer emails, or payment IDs. We do not sell personal data.
